As of August 01 2007, all residential property owners wishing to market their property for sale are now required to commission a HIP (Home Information Pack)

hips-emailed is a fast and efficient way for you (the home owner) to order a fully compliant HIP, allowing you to market your property on the same day you submit your order.

Once you have submitted and paid for your order you will receive a confirmation email on the same day specifying the details of your order

There are 4 steps from ordering your hip to receiving your HIP

Step 1. Submit your order, and choose the option of how you would like to pay
Step 2. You will receive confirmation of your order and details of the HIP process
Step 3. You will receive a telephone call to organise an energy performance certificate
Step 4. hips-emailed will email or post your hip to you and/or your estate agent
